Booking rules & Restrictions

  • Review your trip details to make sure the dates and times are correct.
  • Make sure your spelling is correct. Passengers' names must perfectly match those on government-issued photo ID.
  • After tickets have been issued, no name changes are authorised. The tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Flybackindia will not be held liable for any subsequent discrepancies in your booking.
  • All taxes and fees are included in total rates, with the exception of any additional airline fees that may apply, such as luggage, seat assignment, and so on.
  • You may receive numerous charges totaling the stated amount on your credit card. The fees could be listed as ARC, Flybackindia, or Agent fee.
  • Changes are allowed subject to the airline's rules, restrictions, and penalties; nevertheless, change fees and fare differences may apply.
  • Fares are not guaranteed until you purchase a ticket. After payment is processed, an e-ticket will be delivered to your registered email address within 3-24 hours.
  • It is the responsibility of all passengers to get the requisite visas and/or travel documents for any countries they visit or transit through.
  • Visit www.travel.state.gov for reliable international travel information, as well as the consulate/embassy of the country you are travelling or transiting through. Flybackindia will not be held liable if you are denied entry or transit into a country due to a lack of necessary travel documentation.
  • If your trip contains two distinct tickets operated by different airlines, please read the terms and conditions of each airline carefully, which can be found on each airline's website. Each of these airlines will have its own set of restrictions, rules, and charges. If one of these flights is affected by an airline change (e.g., cancellation or rescheduling), the Customer may be responsible for any fees or ticket costs associated with changing to the other trip. Changes, refunds, and swaps may be subject to additional fees by such carriers. You are responsible for adhering to the rules and restrictions of each airline, which may differ (for example, check-in hours and baggage size/weight limits).
  • All flights should be confirmed with the airline directly because schedule changes may occur at any time. For domestic flights, you must reconfirm at least 24 hours before departure, and for flights to Hawaii and overseas locations, you must reconfirm 72 hours before departure.
  • Please keep in mind that your seats, meals, frequent flyer miles, and other special requests are "requests only" and Flybackindia cannot guarantee them. The airlines will be notified of all requests. If you need rapid confirmation of your seat assignment or if you have any special needs, such as a stretcher or wheelchair, please call the airline directly.
  • • If your credit card is declined during the transaction processing, we will make every effort to tell you through email within 24 hours. If your credit card has been denied, the transaction will not be completed. In this case, the fare and any other booking details are not guaranteed.
  • • In the event of an airline schedule change, Flybackindia will not be liable for any compensation.
  • Any timetable modifications are communicated to the customer as soon as possible. It's important to call the airline 48 hours before your journey to confirm your reservation.
  • Please call us 72 hours prior to travel if you need to amend or cancel your reservation. Any and all itinerary modifications/cancellations are subject to airline fare laws, penalties, and other relevant costs, whichever is more restrictive; most of our tickets do not allow name changes or rerouting after the booking is finalised. Date changes are only possible if the requested date is available.
  • Domestic Travel Check-in Requirements - When flying within the United States or Europe, arriving at the airport two hours before to departure is recommended. Check-in is required at least 45 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.
  • Check-in Requirements for International Travel - For international flights, a 3-hour arrival time at the airport prior to departure is recommended. At least 60 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time, you must check in. This is a necessity for all clients checking in, whether they have luggage or not.
  • Tickets are non-refundable after departure, and if you do not show up before departure, your ticket has no value
