CANCELLATION AND CHANGE POLICIES

All airlines refunds/ future credits are subject to each airline fare rules, procedures and policies.

All the services fees after making a reservation are non-refundable and are subject to change without any prior notice. Government-imposed taxes and fees are subject to change and you will only be charged the final total amount as shown.

As the maximum number of airline tickets are non-refundable. As if the supplier of your ticket rules allows cancellation and refunds and we accepted your request for a refund, you are not a “no show” (most “no show” bookings are not eligible for any kind of waiver from the supplier for refund processing), and if we are able to secure waivers from suppliers to process this requested cancellation and refund.

Most of the airline tickets and service fees are non-refundable after 24hrs of booking. Cancellation must do over the phone or email only.

There is no specific time period for how long may the requested refund to be processed. Once you provided our customer service agent with your cancellation request then the email sent by the service agent is the notification for you that your cancellation request has been received. This refund/cancellation does not automatically qualify you for a refund. This email only provides an acknowledgment of your request.

On your refund request, we will work with the airline to generate a waiver based on the airline and notify you of the airline's decision. Our services fees are non-refundable. We totally depend on the airline for the receiving of requested refunds. Once the refund is processed and approved by the airline it may take time to reflect on your bank statement.

The entire procedure of refund may take the time of 30-60 days from the day of receiving the refund request. Airline will charge a penalty for the refund. All the fees of refund are charged per passenger, per ticket basis. These fees will only be assessed if a refund has been authorized by the airline or a waiver has been received and when the airline rules permit such refunds.
